The hairstyle and the long single breasted jacket (instead of the original pocket details) fully demonstrated the style, which was inspired from the Teddy Boys fashion since 50’s. This outfit was a feminine version of the original. In addition, the narrow trousers are reminiscent of the Teddy boy look. Although the slim satin bow and the shoes are not related with the Teddy Boys fashion, it became aware of the female’s Teddy boy fashion.

Thomas Maier, Creative Director of Bottega Veneta, he had used some Teddy boys fashion detail in this fashion show. He didn’t use the Teddy Boy’s total look to show us in the presentation. Actually he had used 2-3 kinds of Teddy boy’s fashion detail in each outfit, such as the long single breasted jacket, High-waist trousers exposing the socks, the recognisable hairstyle…

It is another using the Teddy Boy’s fashion details on the Ready-to-wear, which is design from Paul Smith. It is also using the narrow trousers, the long single breasted jacket and the hairstyle is similar with the Teddy Boys.
